Refrigerating Specialties Rapid Purger

R/S Rapid Purger samples, various purge points, then separates and expels unwanted non-condensable gases from an industrial refrigeration system. Successfully purging non-condensables from a system, improves system efficiency, and reduces power consumption and cost. Two types of purgers are available: automatic and manual. The automatic purger is a mechanical device operated by a microprocessor controller, gathers samples, separates, and removes non-condesible gases from multiple points without operator assistance. R/S offers purgers with 4, 8, 12, 16, or 32 purge points. Systems with high frequency of maintenance or any systems operating under vacuum will typically benefit from the R/S Rapid Purger. The stainless steel design which incorporates a shell and tube heat exchanger allows for very rapid cycles, resulting in low head pressure even in large low temperature systems operating in a vacuum.
